 Shipping
We provide Free Shipping on orders over $99 within the United States via USPS Parcel Post. Most orders are delivered between 3 and 10 days depending on your location and our warehouse. International orders can be shipped via USPS Air, International Priority, Global Express, UPS, and FedEx. Follow the links below for more information.
Domestic Shipping Methods
Our preferred method of shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. However, a variety of other methods of shipping are made to the buyer during checkout. Shipping and handling fees are fully disclosed in the checkout process, and apply to all continental USA addresses, including Hawaii and Alaska, and U.S. Territories, including the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. (For APO and FPO addresses, please select the US Mailing option, this is the only means of shipping for those locations.)

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item's. Shipping cost are dependent on the items in your order and shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will be automatically computed during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Shipping costs for orders are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of the individual ship charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during the Checkout.  International Shipping Methods
Our preferred method of shipping is via USPS Priority Mail International. However, other methods are made available during the check-out process. Shipping prices shown are for the one item only. Combined shipping prices will be given when you proceed through checkout. Shipping fees are based on total weight of your order, unless specified otherwise in the listing. Please note: Ordering merchandise from a company outside of your country, local customs officials may require inspection of imported parcels and assess appropriate import duties and taxes. Duty and tax are the customer's responsibility since we cannot pre-collect import duties and taxes at the time of your order. Order tracking
Orders may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your items. Occasionally, orders using specific shipping methods, do not have the ability to track a package. Please feel free to contact us in regards to shipment status. Shipping to a different location
PacWest Outdoors is pleased to offer the ability to ship to separate addresses that's different from your billing address. With this feature, you can send items to a friend, or relative. You can maintain multiple addresses in your address book, so when you check out, you simply select the destination for the order. Shipping and Handling Time
Orders are shipped on business days only. The majority of in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours, which does not include weekends and U.S. Holidays. Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all oversized items shipping via a freight trucking company. These items cannot be expedited. Additionally, items shipped directly from the manufacturer, will be shipped by their preferred carrier. We will contact you if the shipping method is different from the one you selected. Please contact us if you have special shipping instructions. Multiple Item shipment/Over-sized items
An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges. Items may not be shipped together in the same package or be received at the same time. There may be additional shipping charges for large or bulky items. Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all oversized items shipping via a freight trucking company. These items cannot be be expedited. We will not charge the additional shipping without informing you.
